PowerTEXT was created to give users everything they need for text editing, and there are many advanced functions, too, and various additional programs as well. In some things, like working with tables (which no other text editor has) PowerTEXT goes near to text processors. Some functions: multiple document interface (MDI), importing Word documents, export to Word, converting to HTML and vice versa (with HTML tag coloring), converting to PDF, an unlimited number of Undo and Redo commands, setting text bookmarks, auto text scrolling, locking document for changes, spelling check, background mp3 file reproduction, text crypting with various algorithms, recording macros, auto-recovery in case of unexpected system crash (eg. power loss, program crash etc), inserting images, tables, symbols etc. Additional programs within PowerTEXT: alarm, calculator, note manager, picture viewer and a file searching program. There are also many other functions which will make Your typing easier and a lot more fun!.
Minimum hardware requirements:
- CPU 300 MHz (although it is recommended to be higher)
- 32 MB RAM memory
- 15 MB HD space
Minimum software requirements:
- Windows 98SE/2000/ME/XP
- Visual Basic 6 Runtime Files
